Presenter Details

Sayri Karp is the director of the University of Guadalajara Press, Mexico; she was president of the Latin America and the Caribbean Association of University Presses (EULAC) from 2015 to 2023. She is currently a member of the Advisory Board of this association, as well as of the Advisory Board of Altexto Association of Mexican University and Academic Presses. She is also a member of the organizing committee of the International Forum on University and Academic Presses held at the Guadalajara International Book Fair. In 2018, she received the University Publishing Merit Award from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo and the "Rubén Bonifaz Nuño" Recognition for her contribution to university publishing awarded by the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
