Colleen Jennings Suljic
I am responsible for the Princeton University Press digital marketing team, and the growth and retention strategic plan for direct-to-consumer marketing. Our objective is to raise awareness of our brand, books, digital products and services and to grow, retain and create value for our community of followers and partners. I oversee the brilliant team responsible for driving growth and retention through original content marketing and podcasts, paid and organic social media, paid search, SEO, website journey, email marketing, affiliate partnerships, programmatic display advertising, print advertising, influencers, and third-party marketplace. We develop and execute the integrated marketing campaigns for all Princeton University Press books, digital products, sale promotions, events and institutional news. We measure our success with reach, engagement, and conversion metrics using social and ad platform analytics, HubSpot, PowerBI and Google Analytics and we are committed to YOY growth through continual improvement and implementing marketing best practices, maintaining strong consumer insight and our committment to agile strategic marketing and a high ROAS.
