Walter Biggins
Walter Biggins has been editor in chief at the University of Pennsylvania Press since 2020, where he acquires in literary and cultural studies, human rights, and regional studies. Before that, he was an executive editor at the University of Georgia Press (2013-2020) and an acquiring editor at University Press of Mississippi. A Texas native, he lives in Philadelphia.
